Our first band MUSK are playing, the caterers are all set up and we have lots of great crafts and art to look at and purchase

JUST 6 WEEKS TO GO

MAF MAN is getting excited. He has FILLED up our two craft marquees, FOUND 40 artisan traders who want to bring their own gazebos, COMMISSIONED some great art and demonstrations, BOOKED 2 days of really varied music/entertainment and SOURCED 12 wonderful local food companies to provide a great dining and refreshment experience.

MAF MAN says we are now FULL!!!

We are now getting all our information together and will be updating all our supporters soon.

HELLO all stallholders
We are now in major build up mode for this year's festival and MAFMAN is getting extremely excited.

We are pleased to now open up the festival for stallholders bookings and everyone who has confirmed a desire to take a stall should have received a payment request from Steve Docherty who is managing our bookings.

WE CANNOT CONFIRM your booking however until we receive:
Payment in full and a copy of your Insurance details.

VERY IMPORTANT FOR GAZEBO STALLS
Due to the potentially windy nature of Mudeford Quay it is VITAL that you only attend if you have an appropriate strong Gazebo. We will NOT accept cheap flimsy gazebos on site as they can be dangerous for you, our visitors and the general public. All gazebos must have weights and guy ropes. If you need any advice please contact us before paying.

ALSO we cannot allow any craft/art gazebo to remain up overnight. This is for legal, safety and insurance reasons and there are NO exceptions

NEW THIS YEAR
We have this year increased the number of stalls we can have in our craft and art marquees. These have been very popular in pre-booking and we cannot guarantee space for any new enquiries so if you have confirmed your interest please get payment made ASAP to secure your space.
