🎣 What a fantastic summer of fishing!

Our Big Fish Summer Programme has now come to an end after 11 brilliant sessions and more than 200 places filled! 🙌

A huge thank you to our Chair, Mick Taylor, for organising the programme and giving so much of his time to make it happen. A big thank you to all of our Councillors and volunteers who supported the sessions throughout the summer.

Most of all, thank you to every child and family who joined us at The Brickpond. We hope you enjoyed this free activity funded by Rossington Parish Council!

Rossington East Heritage Walk

📍 Starting at Brodsworth Way Pavilion

Rossington West Heritage Walk
🗓 Sunday 20 September 2026
🕙 10.00am – 1.00pm
📍 Starting at Rossington Memorial Hall

Discover local landmarks, stories and hidden history along the way, then join us afterwards for refreshments, an open discussion and review.

Everyone is welcome, we’d love to see you there.

Due to the weather forecast, we have made the decision to cancel today’s fishing session.

If you were booked on today and would like to rebook we will be running the session on Monday 1pm-4pm - please comment below.

We have tried to contact as many people as possible but unfortunately there’s a couple of people booked on we haven’t managed to reach.

Our Youth Hub Summer Programme has officially come to an end and the final session was a massive success! 🎉

After listening to your feedback, we opened the last session to all families across Rossington and wow… you turned up! 🙌
