With the weather getting extremely cold or you are feeling a bit lonely please don’t hesitate to come and join us at The Hot Chocolate Lounge for a warm and a natter even if you sit with a tea, coffee or a warm mug of soup, our door is always open ☕️

Our Story

We are a Vintage Experience Community Room based inside the Edlington Hilltop Centre offering a safe and vibrant venue supporting all ages but specialise in supporting carers and those cared for living with Dementia.

Our Forteas Afternoon Tea events are run throughout the year however monthly activities offering Bunting & Banter, Words with Friends, Crazy Colours & Buns and Bingo are favourites of our customers and open to all to attend.

Forteas is a funding stream of Aspiring2 CIC a not for profit organisation who support individuals and other not for profit organisations to reach their full potential. All profits from our Forteas service assist Aspiring2 to support their clients and provide additional services. We are open every Thursday and offer several community activities in our Vintage Expereince Community Room. Pop in for a cuppa, cake and a chat between 10am & 3pm every Thursday to see what activity might best suit you.

Our room is also the home of the Krafty Ladies who offer a choice of crafts from Iris Folding to Pottery. If you are specifically interested in crafts please see page CraftChat which is also held in our room.
