Fishlake Playing Field Action Group We are the new Fishlake Playing Field Action Group.

We are committed to restoring and upgrading the facilities on the playing fields, which is in desperate need of some TLC, so that our lovely village can have a great place for all to enjoy!

We would just like to share a little snippet into the wonderful afternoon we had yesterday at the playing fields! After having some amazing wooden planters built by the fabulous Arthur's Little Wood Shack we got all of our little friends together for a picnic and planting afternoon 🪴
We’d love to give huge thanks to Janet Rothwell & Jennifer Goldthorpe for kindly donating a full picnic for everyone which was delicious! We all massively appreciate your kindness 🥰 and thank you to everyone who came along, helped plant and made the day a success!
Days like this were the exact vision we had for the new playing fields - to bring the village together and see all the children enjoying the gorgeous space which has made it all worth while so thank you!

THE PLAYING FIELDS ARE OPEN!!!!

🛝‼️QUICK PARK UPDATE‼️🛝

The fencing from around the park has been removed but unfortunately a rather large branch from the ash tree has fallen on to the park. We have a tree surgeon coming to assess the tree on Sunday. As soon as the tree has been assessed and made safe we can open the gates. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
