At Doncaster foodbank, our volunteers take time to welcome, listen to and signpost clients to other organisations/services who can help address the underlying cause of their problem. Food vouchers are issued to people who are suffering a financial crisis and who cannot afford to buy food. They are issued through referrals from professional care and support organisations in Doncaster, following an
assessment of circumstances. A voucher can be exchanged at one of our foodbank sessions at:
St James Church (Town) on Wednesdays/Fridays,
St Pauls Church (Wheatley) on Tuesdays,
or Rossington Community Baptist Church (Rossington) on Thursdays,
for emergency food supplies. Each centre is open 10-12pm and food parcels provide enough nutritionally balanced food for three days. One Stop Shop, Doncaster Council, Civic Office, Waterdale
Attend in person only. Please take with you, your ID (preferably photo ID) & formal evidence of your crisis such as debt letters, DWP correspondence, a bank statement, etc.
