General Election May 1st 2025
While this wasn't the result we had hoped for in this election, our hearts are full of gratitude for every single person who placed their trust in the Labour party . Especially for the the successes of Mayor Ros Jones and our very own Cllr. Jane Kidd. Thank you for your votes.
Your support means more than we can express. You stood for progress, compassion and most importantly for our beloved community.
Massive thanks to those who opened their doors to us, chatted with us, encouraged us, discussed issues of concern. Your engagement meant a lot to us.
The values we stand for are still alive. The Labour party is for equality, justice, opportunity for all. We are still by the sides of the working class people and will continue to live these values.
Once again congratulations to Mayor Ros Jones and all the best with the Doncaster airport and other incredible plans under your government.
In Cllr. Kidd we have an experienced and capable hand that is willing to support our community in every single way. We are looking forward to a colourful summer and bumping into one another, here and there.
