We had a lovely day on Saturday at the Doncaster Rovers home game celebrating the Remembering Rovers initiative!
Age UK Doncaster staff were around to share information about the Keep in Mind service which offers a range of social support to people living with dementia and their carers in Doncaster ❤️

🗣️ “For us, Remembering Rovers has given us something we thought we’d lost. It has given us time to be a couple again.” ❤️

The Remembering Rovers project that takes place before a Doncaster Rovers home game, has given families support for those living with dementia, through the power of football.
