🌿 Dementia Support Group happening 9th March💜

Come along and join us at our Dementia Support Group at Bullcroft Memorial Hall 1-3pm
This group is designed to support people living with dementia and those who care for them. We offer a safe, welcoming space where you can take a breather, share experiences, and feel less alone. 💜
Whether you’re a carer, family member, or living with dementia yourself, you’ll find:
✨ Emotional support from people who truly understand
💬 Practical advice and helpful resources
🎶 Shared activities like music, art, and gentle exercise — open to everyone, not just those with a diagnosis
Come along, have a cuppa, and connect with others in a friendly, understanding environment.
📅 When: Monday 9th March and every 2nd Monday of the month 1pm - 3pm
📍 Where: Bullcroft memorial hall
Together, we can make the journey a little easier
