The City of Dunfermline Military Tattoo – Brothers in Arms has happened and we couldn't be prouder of what we achieved.

From the very first note to the final performance, it was an incredible night filled with music, dancing, laughter, pride and some very special moments.

And we couldn't have done it without YOU.

To every performer, band, dancer, volunteer, supporter and every single person who bought a ticket and came through those doors — THANK YOU! ❤️

You helped us create something truly special.

📸 AND THIS IS ONLY THE BEGINNING!

We have hundreds of photographs and so many memories to share with you, along with some exciting news about what comes next.

So make sure you FOLLOW THIS PAGE and keep your eyes firmly peeled 👀

Over the coming days we'll be bringing you photographs, highlights, behind-the-scenes moments, thank-yous and plenty more from an unforgettable evening.

We started with an idea.

We took a chance.

And together…

WE MADE IT HAPPEN. ❤️

DUNFERMLINE — YOU WERE AMAZING!

Thank you for making the first City of Dunfermline Military Tattoo one we will never forget. 🥹❤️

A huge well done to Thomas and Jayden from everyone at the band for taking part in the Battle of Britain Parade at the South Yorkshire Aircraft Museum. Your drumming will have been appreciated by everyone there on the day.

Saturday looks like being a hectic but wonderful day with the pipes and drums, if you see us pop along and say hello.

Due to changing circumstances the band is seeking an alternative location from 1st July which would allow us to continue our weekly practice session. We are sad to be leaving St James' Church Hall, which has been our home since our inception in July 2023, but following a change of circumstance for the church we are unable to afford, as a not for profit organisation, the weekly contribution they are forced to request from those utilising the hall in which we practice to cover the running costs. If any of our followers are aware of a cost free option to enable us to continue as Doncasters' only community Pipe Band please feel free to share this post or message us.

Saturday Evening saw the band playing at a charity event with Markham Main Colliery Brass Band and others supporting Doncaster Civic Mayor Tim Needhams' chosen charity The Doncaster Hygiene Bank. A wonderful evening of Song and Screen with us playing our rendition of The Outlander theme. The final figure collected was £2400 which was duly presented to the charity.
