💰♻️ CASH FOR CANS UPDATE ♻️💰

👏 THANK YOU PAM 👏
The Playgroup wants to say a massive THANK YOU to Pam for all of her hard work and dedication on this scheme. Pam started and ran this recycling scheme which has meant that every penny raised from recycled cans has contributed towards vital funding for the Playgroup and children who attend.

👏 THANK YOU EVERYONE 👏
We also want to say a huge thank you to all of the families, community members and local businesses who have collected cans and recyclable items over the years. Taking this small step to collect and donate the cans has directly benefited Kilbride Playgroup.

✨END OF YEAR TRIP✨
With a second and final 90kg of cans delivered this month, £244.80 was raised. This means the children's end of year outing has been fully covered. Incredible!

💷⭐THE GRAND TOTAL⭐💷

A whopping £2994.59 has been raised over the years.

That's's -
♻️ Cash for Cans raised: £2365.82
♻️ Terracycle raised: £628.77

This is a huge achievement and has covered things such as the cost of materials and small equipment for our children.

🦆🐣🐤 Thank you to everyone who supported our Hook-a-Duck fundraiser. We really appreciate everyone who came along, donated prizes, or helped on the day.

After expenses, a total of £142.75 was raised. This will be used to help refresh some of our resources in the coming months.

Special thanks to:
• Burnside Community Group Northern Ireland for hosting the event
• KCPS PTA for lending us their gazebo
• David, Tachy & Daniel for helping with set-up and pack-down
• Bertie and Freddie for helping to keep things running smoothly
• Craig, Amy, Cathy, Pam and Elizabeth for organising, advertising and running the stand
• Michael at Love Ballyclare for his fantastic support, for taking photos on the day, and for the lovely daffodils from The Field of Hope at Binghams Plant Nursery in Ballyclare

Thanks to everyone involved for helping make the fundraiser a success — and for sticking it out with us while we (mostly!) managed to avoid the rain.
