First fish sale of the day and it's not yet 9 0'clock

RICKINGHALL CHRISTMAS COUNTRY MARKET.

9.00 am to 12.30 Saturday 13 December 2025 Rickinghall Village Hall (IP22 1EL).

In addition to your regular favourite stalls selling proper food with real flavour, we now have a fishmonger selling amazingly fresh fish as well as some pickled (so**ed) and smoked.

10.00 am Sunday 7 December 2025.

Christmas trees will be available outside and 20 scraft stalls inside the hall.

Free free entry & free parking for cars and children (in the children's play area!). Light refreshemnts available in the cafe while you admire your purchases:-)

Don't be like this lonely little pickleball bat this autumn, come and try out our social pickleball sessions. Beginners 5:30pm Fridays or intermediates 6pm Thursdays. No experience required for the Friday, all equipment provided and first session free.

RICKINGHALL COUNTRY MARKET, AUTOJUMBLE & CLASSIC CAR MEET. 9.00 am to 12.30 Saturday 8 November @ Rickinghall Village Hall IP22 1HD.

This is the last classic meet & autojumble of the year. The market will of course continue in December.

STOP PRESS. We have secured a FISHMONGER & YUM YUM FUDGE. Two new stalls which will add another dimension to the market.

RICKINGHALL SKATEPARK CLOSED due to criminal damage.
The skatepark is the property of Rickinghall Village Hall Management Committee an independent charity set up to own and operate the village hall, children's play area, skatepark and playing field etc. Contrary to popular belief, the property is NOT owned by the parish council. The village hall will have to stand the £1000 plus cost of specialist repairs which will involve the replacement of the complete sheet of the Skatelite wearing surface, together with replacement of the supporting birch-ply foundation layer. Loss of 'no claims' bonus and deduction of the 'excess' means that an insurance claim would result in higher costs in the long term. The lead time for the repair is in the region of four weeks. In the mean time our insurers insist that the skatepark remains closed. Users of the facility have suggested the name of the possible offender, which has been passed to the Police. RICKINGHALL AUGUST COUNTRY MARKET & CLASSIC CAR MEET. Saturday 9 August 2025. Sorry for the short notice for the August event, I have had a few days away. We will soon be set up for tomorrows event with a very pleasant 24 Deg C forecast togetjher with plenty bacon buns! Autojumble set up from 07.00. The market opens @ 09.00 and closes 12.30.
