A huge thank you to Caledonian Sleeper for attending both our Dingwall and Inverness academies today 🙌

We were joined by Stacey, David and Mark, who gave a fantastic insight into what Caledonian Sleeper does 🚆, the range of roles available, and shared their own career journeys so far 💬

Your session really engaged our young people ⭐, and it’s great to see many now considering a future career in the railway industry 🛤️

We’re always keen to welcome organisations to speak with our young people, and this collaboration with Caledonian Sleeper was a brilliant example of that in action 🤝

🌞 Street League Academy – Dingwall 🌞
At Street League, we offer a wide range of sports and physical activities. Today we enjoyed badminton in the sunshine, keeping active in a positive, supportive environment 🏸☀️

💡 Our Academy runs for 10 weeks,
📅 Monday to Thursday, for 16–30 year olds.
✅ Get qualifications
✅ Build employability skills
✅ Support with CVs, job applications and next steps
✅ Learn through sport, teamwork and routine
💷 Young people aged 16–17 receive £65 per week while taking part in the Academy.
👉 We’ve still got a few spaces available, so if you want support, confidence, qualifications, and help moving towards work or training, come along and get involved!

At Street League, we support young people aged 16–30 to build confidence, develop employability skills and take positive steps towards work, training or education.

We’re looking to connect with local employers who would be interested in supporting young people by:

✅ Coming in to talk about your business
✅ Offering a short workplace tour or site visit
✅ Helping with mock or real interviews
✅ Exploring current or future job opportunities

You don’t need to commit to anything long‑term — even a short chat or visit can have a massive impact on a young person’s confidence and career plans.
