On Mondays:-
Thinking about attending one of our groups, but not sure if you’re ready to talk?

At our groups we have the 'talking ball' which is great for making sure that guys never feel any pressure to talk.

It gets passed around the circle to each guy when it's their turn to talk, if you're not ready to talk, simply pass it along.

You can take it all at your own pace. ❤️

We are at The Crickety in Brechin, so come along for 6.45pm to get settled in with a brew and biscuits and meet some of the guys.

Our club is at The Crickety from 7pm to 9pm. Our doors will open at 6.40pm for our 7pm start. There will be a facilitator on the gate to welcome you in. Hope to see you.

We understand that Christmas isn’t the easiest time of year for everyone, so if you need support during the festive season, please come along.

No bookings. No fees. No pressure to talk.
