Dingwall Academy S1-6 Shinty Training



Shinty training will be starting on Friday afternoons from 1:30pm until 2:30pm for both boys and girls in S1 to S6.

You are required to book your place through the Highlife Highland website.


Please go to https://booking.highlifehighland.com/ and search the reference number ACT004185 or you can search Dingwall Academy Shinty S1-6.


Sticks and Helmets can be provided if needed however you must bring your own shin guards and boots. All equipment can be left in the PE Cupboard on Friday morning ahead of the session.

Dingwall Youth Work: August - December 2026 ⭐️

We hope you all had a lovely break over the summer holidays! Have a look at the weekly schedule for youth work sessions running during term time from now until the end of the year.

Dingwall Youth Forum, Drop-in & Open Astro will all start back next week, and Highlights Youth Club will start back on Monday 7th of September.

If you or your young person would like to attend any of these sessions and need further info, please get in touch using the details below.

First day back at School and we had to get the Transitions Volunteers their Hoodies for all their hard work they did on the First week of the summer holidays.
Well done to you all here is a before, and after shot where we got them all on the first day of Tnansitions and now on the first day of the new term at School!

Thanks for being such great Volunteers and i look forward to doing more work with you this term!

New parents required to help deliver!

With Kids moving onto Dingwall Academy we find ourselves with no volunteers to run the P2-3 football and the P6-7 Football.

We are looking for Volunteers!
You do not have to be able to play football, just be a willing helper, as this will allow delivery of the sessions and children to attend.

This is a new session being run by Parents of the students at the school. I currently have two volunteers, but we are always looking for more.

You do not have to be able to play football, just be a willing helper, as this will allow the coach to deliver and more children to attend.
