🔵 CHEQUE PRESENTATION 🔵

Today, i went round to see the guys at St Clements to present them with a cheque of £1,500.

The St Clements Parent Council applied for the Fruit & Veg Grants and had a landslide win!

Headmaster, Mr Masterson advised me the grant is going to go towards supplying the school with trikes for the children - just amazing and so worthwhile.

GROUP 1 STORE MANAGER LOCH NESS WAY FUNDRAISER 🚶‍♂️🥾

26 miles. One incredible cause - Mikeysline 🫶🐝

Our Store Manager, Jim's Group 1 Store Manager colleagues from across the Highlands & Islands led by their Store Director Jenny, have gone the extra mile — quite literally! 🥾🏔️

Taking on the incredible 26-mile Loch Ness Way, our managers came together to raise money and awareness for Mikeysline, a charity providing vital support to people struggling with their mental health and working to prevent su***de.

And what an incredible result…

🎉 £17,217.76 raised! 🎉

That’s £17,217.76 going towards a charity doing such important work — helping people feel heard, supported and, most importantly, reminding them that they’re never alone. 🐝💛

A huge thank you to everyone who took part, donated, encouraged and supported along the way.

26 miles of determination, teamwork and a whole lot of heart. ❤️

What an amazing achievement for such an important cause. 👏💙

Every little helps, to Bee the change. Because, Its ok, not to be ok.

COMMUNITY FOOD COLLECTION (CFC)

Along with donations we provide and fundraising opportunities, Dingwall Superstore also donates any unsold food to local charities.

Each evening, once all out out of code routines are completed, any food waste which is still in date and fit for human consumption, can be collected.

Local groups like Dingwall Community Fridge and MOO Food can check an app supplied by Olio to see what we have available and come and collect.

Below, is the figures of food that was collected by either of those groups. These figures are posted on our Customer Notice Board every week.

Doing little things to help our communities.
