Now that it's getting into the holidays/colder weather. We just want to remind folk about our Adult and Child class! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 This takes place on Thursday's from 5:30 - 6:10 within our heated pool so no purple lips on the wee babies! This is for any adult and child so feel free to come along with the whole family! It is £10 for an adult and child, then £5 per extra adult/child.

Would love to have anyone and especially grateful to host so many families' first swim with their baby! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to message the page/phone/email into us!

Thank you so much guys!

For 30 years, the Puffin Pool in Dingwall has helped children and adults across the Highlands through hydrotherapy and rehabilitation.

I’m pleased to have lodged a motion in the Scottish Parliament recognising that contribution and thanking the staff, trustees, volunteers and fundraisers who make it possible.

Congratulations to everyone involved and every success for the next 30 years!
