Are you looking for a rewarding way to support young people and give back to your local community?
326 (Hartland) Squadron are currently recruiting Cadet Forces Adult Volunteers (CFAVs) to help deliver the exciting activities, challenges, and opportunities that make the RAF Air Cadets such a fantastic organisation.
As a volunteer, you'll have the opportunity to:
✈️ Learn new skills and gain valuable experience.
✈️ Develop your leadership and communication abilities.
✈️ Enhance your personal and professional development.
✈️ Access a wide range of training courses and qualifications.
✈️ Inspire and support the next generation
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals from all backgrounds to join our team. There are several volunteer roles available, including:
• Civilian Instructor (CI)
• Uniformed Volunteer Staff
• Civilian Committee Members
No previous military experience is required for any of our roles—just a willingness to get involved and make a difference.
