ASRUS - Torbay A social/support group for children and young people on the Autistic spectrum, siblings and parents/carers

A social and support group for children and young people on the Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), their siblings (with or without formal diagnosis) and parents/carers, supporting and signposting parents, reducing feelings of isolation. The aim of the group is to encourage social interaction, play, personal awareness and a better understanding of self and others. Play Torbay deliver play sessions for ASRUS every Wednesday, from 6.30pm to 8pm (school term only) which include arts and crafts, play activities, dance, sport, music, forest school session and more. Parents/carers retain parental responsibility for their own young people. A member of SENDIASS Torbay normally attends the sessions so you can have a private chat with them.
