Displays include Gold from the Time of Stonehenge, Saxon Wiltshire- the making of the Kingdom of England and The Story of Devizes. Tripadvisor review - "Something for everyone. Brilliant time had by our large family group in just over 2 hours. Interactive challenges and games enjoyed by all the kids (5, 2 and 18 months) plus the adults if we're honest. Good variety of displays. Would recommend to all." Angela B, Lancashire, visited October 2016.

Ending our work experience for August is the Ichthyosaur’s Head.

This one was Holly's favourite because:

'Dinosaurs have always been my favourite area of history. The skull is well preserved so you can see just how large its snout was and how sharp the teeth were. The surrounding fossils like the Plesiosaur and the Pliosaurus were also very interesting as they also teach about the variations in dinosaurs and the time periods of which they lived in. Whilst I love land-based dinosaurs, I have a fondness for the Ichthyosaurs as I always thought it looked funny, so to be able to see their fossil up close made it my favourite'.
