Community First is recruiting for a Rural Housing Enabler to work directly with rural communities, parish councils and local partners to help plan and deliver small‑scale affordable housing across Wiltshire. The role focuses on bringing people together to turn local housing need into practical, community‑led solutions.

Community First is looking for a Rural Housing Enabler to work with rural communities across Wiltshire, helping to bring forward small‑scale affordable housing that meets local need. This is a part‑time role (20 hours per week) with hybrid working between home and our Hopton Park office, and flexibility for job share or associate working.

The rural housing needs survey for Great Bedwyn (Wiltshire) is currently open for responses from the community. This survey will help to understand the needs of local people and support Great Bedwyn Parish Council in planning for future housing.
