Our brilliant family day out at the Paws Charity Dog Show at Rainscombe Park, Oare, near Marlborough, on Sunday will be packed with entertainment – and not just for your four-legged friends.
And, never fear, the weather forecast is a balmy 21 degrees with sunny intervals! 🌞
We'll have tons of displays and activities, including:
🐾 K9AquaSports dog diving
🐾 Paws For Thought dog display team
🐾 12 Fun and Family Dog show classes (£2 per entry)
🐾 Have-a-Go Agility
🐾 Temptation Alley
🐾 Wessex K9 Dancers Display Team
Plus there'll be shopping stalls, music, food and drink and much, much more.

It's just a few days until our fantastic family day out at the Paws Charity Dog Show at Rainsocmbe Park at Oare, near Marlborough on Sunday.

WEB SAFE WEDNESDAY: NATIONWIDE SCAM TEXT
Advice from our Stay Safe Online team to keep you one step ahead of fraudsters.
Share it with anyone you know who might benefit.
This week we're warning about a bogus text sent from someone pretending tp be from Nationwide Building Society, saying that a standing order has been set up on the recipient's account.
It goes on to provide a number to call if this wasn't set up, which will put the caller through to a fraudster intent on getting their personal information.
You can report scam text messages by forwarding them to 7726.

If you're worried about yours or a relative or neighbour's cyber security, our team of highly skilled, police-trained, volunteers carry out free home visits or group talks to anyone over 60, or over 18 if they have a registered disability.
Our experts' easy to follow guidance can help improve your cyber security awareness, offer scam prevention advice, signpost further advice and resources, and provide support and reassurance.

Not only will our Paws Charity Dog Show on Sunday September 13 be packed with displays, entertainment, stalls and refreshments, we also have a brilliant Fun Family Dog Show with 12 classes you can enter your dog into.
Entry costs just £2 per category and we'll be taking entrants (who must be six months or over) from 15 minutes after the gates open at 10am. Judging will begin at 11am.

WEB SAFE WEDNESDAY: ROYAL MAIL EMAIL

This week we are warning about a fake email impersonating the Royal Mail that has been doing the rounds.
It tells the recipient their parcel hasn’t arrived due to an unpaid customs duty payment and they need to pay before they get it.
They're given a link to make the payment, but it leads to a site designed to steal their personal information.
Never click on links in emails you are not expecting. You can report scam emails by forwarding them to [email protected] and websites to the National Cyber Security Centre.

Not long to go now until our fabulous Bag A Bargain returns – this time at Deverill Storage, at Manor Farm, Longbridge Deverill, near Warminster, on September 4 and 5.
Join us and bring your friends to our ever popular sustainable fashion event, where you'll find rail after rail of stunning pre-loved designer clothes, accessories and jewellery at amazing prices.

The sale opens at 10am on Friday, September 4 from 10am to 6pm with tickets at just £7.
The fun continues on Saturday, September 5 from 9.30am to 2pm , where entry is free.
