We were delighted to join PCSO Kolanski and PCSI Moore for community crime awareness events in Mere and Tisbury.
Thanks to them for organising and inviting our SSO volunteer Tim Wilton and Bobby Van Operator Scott Roughley along.

Our trustee Marion Deegan and her daughter Ellie, Administrator Celia Wheeler and her husband Andrew and Stay Safe Online volunteer Helen Vennard and her son Jamie were thrilled to be chosen to represent us at a Royal Garden Party at Buckingham Palace.
They were even more thrilled by who they met there.

This is one of our favourite moments from the amazing Middlewick House Open Garden at the weekend.
It's Corsham Windband playing Pink Floyd's Another Brick In The Wall and just wait till you see who's nodding along at the end...

WEB SAFE WEDNESDAY: ONLINE SHOPPING HACK
Advice from our Stay Safe Online team to keep you one step ahead of fraudsters.
Share it with anyone you know who might benefit.
This week Report Fraud is warning shoppers to check their online shopping accounts after a rise in reports of cyber-criminals hacking into customer profiles and ordering expensive goods.
Criminals are taking advantage of people using the same passwords for different websites. Once they have access to an account, they can place orders and arrange to collect items in store.

Each month our three Bobby Vans and our team of Stay Safe Online volunteers are busy all over the county keeping people aged 60 or over and those with disabilities safe from crime.
Whether that's fitting new locks on doors and windows or giving vital online safety advice to keep scammers at bay, the service is free of charge.
We don't receive any statutory funding and we have to raise more than £400,000 a year to maintain our service. If you'd like to donate to keep us on the road you can do so here: 👇

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to Middlewick House Open garden.

While the weather may not have always been on our side this weekend, you still turned out in force to support us and the Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance Charity.

Your support means everything to us; we simply couldn't continue to protect vulnerable people within Wiltshire without you.

A special thank you to Nick and Annette Mason for so generously opening up their beautiful grounds for us to use; their continued support helps make this wonderful event possible.

A special thank you also goes to our incredible volunteers — from standing in the pouring rain directing cars into parking spaces to serving food and drinks to the crowds, you kept smiling through it all and made the event possible.

Thank you once again to everyone who attended, volunteered, donated, and supported us. We hope to see you all again next year!

Our staff are hard at work setting up for Middlewick House Open garden tomorrow and Sunday.
This morning our Bobby Van Operator Vincent Logue took delivery of 2,500 bread rolls from Morrisons' amazing community champion Mel. They'll be filled with all kinds of tasty treats from our barbecue.
Tickets for the event have almost sold out but there may be some available.
Please remember, we are unable to transfer tickets from day to day, so if you've bought tickets for Saturday, then you can only come on Saturday, and vice versa.
The Corsham School has kindly offered free parking on a first come, first served basis but please only park in the marked bays.
If you haven't already booked a parking pass, we're afraid you cannot park at the Middlewick House site.
We look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow and Sunday!

WEB SAFE WEDNESDAY: CREDIT CARD APPLICATION SCAM
Advice from our Stay Safe Online team to keep you one step ahead of fraudsters.
Share it with anyone you know who might benefit.
This week we're warning about text messages being sent out by scammers impersonating Barclays by telling the recipient an application for a credit card has been approved.
It is designed to cause panic and prompt the recipient to call a number on the text, on the end of which will be a scammer waiting to entice them into revealing their financial details and defraud them.
Never call a number on a text message without checking with your bank or discussing it with a trusted friend first.
Scam messages can be reported by forwarding them to 7726.
