TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ANYONE INTERESTED IN DOING THE BUNGEE JUMP
4. 2nd time Participants on the day can be charged at your discretion, only and as long as the agreed
5. UKBC will endeavour to prevent cancellation by checking WEATHER reports 24 hours before event date and confer with client.
6. UKBC also reserve the right to suspend activities at any time if in its sole judgment it is unsafe or imprudent for it to continue.
7. UKBC shall not be held responsible for any consequential loss suffered by the organizer either from cancellation or suspension of activities due to either weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances or from damage occasioned to the ground by the equipment used by UKBC.
8. A deposit of £1000 plus VAT is required UPON SIGNING OF THIS FORM with all deposits non-refundable.
9. Full payment is required 7 days prior to the event unless otherwise agreed in writing with UKBC.
10. Participant Restrictions,
a. Participants cannot take part if they are:
I. Pregnant
II. Under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs
III. Under 14 years old
IV. 14- and 15-year-olds require a parent or guardians’ permission and signature
b. For participants with any of the following they must seek professional medical advice before participating and sign a non-standard waiver.
I. Aged 50 years or above.
II. High blood pressure
III. Heart condition
IV. Suffer from dizziness or epilepsy.
V. Damage to neck, back, spinal column, legs or eyes
VI. Asthma
VII. Prescribed Medication, this must be disclosed at registration to inform us of how this may affect you.
c. The following points apply to ALL participants.
I. Participants aged 14 and 15 years old require a parent or guardian to be present, sign permission and will be required to complete a non-standard waiver,
II. glasses and hard contact lenses cannot be worn,
III. maximum weight limit for a solo participant is 120kg (18.9 stone).
IV. Waist harnesses fit waist size of 40cm (15.7 inches) to 125cm (49.2 inches)
d. UKBC reserve the right to stop any participant from taking part in the activity if they deem them unfit.
Booking Contract
I confirm that the information in this document is correct and I fully understand and agree to the terms and conditions outlined, I am over the age of 18 and hereby acknowledge that I am entering myself and the above organisation into a legal contract of which I am fully authorised to sign.
