Christmas Eve Pyjama Appeal

Christmas Eve Pyjama Appeal Every child should experience the magic of Christmas. For many a big part of that is a lovely new pair of Pyjamas on Christmas Eve.

Our aim is that every child goes to bed on Christmas Eve in New Pyjamas, we aim to collect donations in the Community and have them distributed to local children in need in time for Christmas local charities and organisations We are appealing to you, to help make that happen for local children this year, who would otherwise miss out. We would be grateful for Donations of NEW Pyjamas by mid Decembe

r 2022 at drop off points or November 30th for online donations through Amazon link, for children aged 0-17. These do not have to be Christmas Pyjamas, all we ask is that they are new and still in their packaging , or placed in a clear sealed bag. This is due to health and safety reasons with the current Covid 19 pandemic. We are also accepting NEW Story books, toys, toiletry sets and selection boxes to go alongside the Pyjamas. We understand that not everyone will be able to help, it has been an extra tough year for so many, but we would love this to be a community effort, so that more children and young people can avail of these items. Thank you so much, your generosity will help make Christmas special for a child. We are currently committed this year to giving These Donations to The Salvation Army in Derry/Londonderry, Limavady and Foyle Woman's Aid, Action for Children Derry-Londonderry and First Housing Aid Floating Support Families and vulnerable adults and over 55s we are hoping to add a few more Organisations to the List in the Coming days. We will also gladly accept donations of New books, toys, gifts, toiletries and vouchers in addition or instead of Pyjamas, these items were greatly appreciated and accepted by the charities and organisations last year. We do not accept direct financial donations and are a not for profit project.

Please do not bring clothing (accessories such as hats, gloves, & scarves are okay) or perishable food items.

You can drop off all donations off at Holywell Trust, Bishop Street. Please do so by the 18th December to make sure our elves get them wrapped and ready to be delivered in time!
