Looks like we will need to get organised again…

History tells us ( as does very recent experience) that when it comes to funding the NW is last in line but when it comes to cuts we are always top of the queue.

Our local station has already been cut to pieces.

It’s a pale imitation of what it once was.

Local programming matters.

Local news matters.

We have more stories to tell and yarns to spin than all the other BBC regions combined.
