🎉 **We’re delighted to share some exciting news!** 🎉

ASD Helping Hands has been recognised as **Highly Commended in the Individual Award category of the Flourish Awards**. 💙

We’re incredibly proud to receive this recognition from the Young Person and Parent Carer Judging Panel, who highlighted the work we do to support children and young people in Norfolk to flourish.

Everything we do is about supporting autistic people and their families, creating opportunities, building confidence, reducing isolation and making sure people feel understood, welcomed and supported.

This recognition belongs to everyone who makes ASD Helping Hands what it is — our team, volunteers, supporters, families, children and young people. Thank you for being part of our community and for trusting us to be part of your journeys. 💙

The Norfolk Autism Directory is a free online resource to help autistic people, families, parent carers and professionals find local services, support, groups and activities across Norfolk.

We want the Directory to be as useful as possible — and that means making sure local organisations, services and regular groups are included.

Join us for our Dereham Family Support Group this Saturday.

Our Family Support Group is a safe, welcoming and supportive space for families of children with or without a diagnosis of autism.

There will be a range of inclusive activities, including:

🎨 Arts and crafts
🌈 Sensory play, including use of the sensory room
🧘 A calm, quiet area
🎲 Group games and more

Our friendly team will also be there to offer support, advice and a listening ear. Siblings and extended family members are very welcome too.
