5. Special Resolution 1: Conversion to a CIO
• Proposal: To convert the Mattishall Memorial Hall and Playing Field Association (charity number 1072544) from its current structure to a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (Foundation Model).

6. Special Resolution 2: Adoption of New Constitution
• Proposal: To adopt the draft constitution (based on the Charity Commission Foundation Model) for the new CIO.

7. Resolution 3: Transfer of Assets & Liabilities
To transfer the property, funds held and any liabilities of the charity to the CIO.

8. Appointment of Trustees for the new CIO

9. Any Other Business (AOB)
