What a wonderful visit to Heath Primary school with our choreographer Ben Edwards
to present the The Lewis Sewell Trust award to the children who danced so beautifully at our spring show at Derby Theatre It was lovely to see the way the children responded so positively to seeing their choreographer Ben again! Thank you Matthew Crawford for making it happen. We really do love the working relationship Lewis’s Trust has with Embark.

The Lewis Sewell Trust was thrilled through Unstrictly to give audience to one of our outstanding scholars Evie-May Dobb who sang a Million Dreams to a beautifully choreographed piece by our Trust Choreographer Ben Edwards performed by
young people from The Nadia Jane Performing Arts School Derby. Well done to all involved. We can honestly say Lewis’s Legacy is having a significant impact.

If you ever wondered about the quality of Unstrictly where business/ community leaders are paired up with professional dancers to compete to raise funds for charities including The Lewis Sewell Trust then look no further than the attached recording showing the excellent pairing of The Lewis Sewell Trust Choreographer Ben Edwards and BBC East Midlands Today reporter Emily Williamson.
There’s still time to donate. https://www.justgiving.com/page/emily-anderson-5

Our hearts are breaking and our arms aching to hold and see you one more time. it’s so hard not seeing you or hearing the “did you know” start to the conversations we all had with you. It’s so hard not seeing you follow or realise your dream in performing arts and just not knowing where you would be this day.
Missing you daily, loving you endlessly, telling your story continuously and thanks to your vision and numerous and incredible people we are making sure the Lewis Sewell Legacy lives on through the The Lewis Sewell Memorial Trust Happy birthday darling. Lots of love. 🥰
