Take a look at what we repaired today at Breaston Repair Cafe. We also recycled lots of pill blister packs and collected lots of yarn for local groups to make items for charity.

We're open at 9.30. Please remember...no electrical repairs today!

A reminder that there will be NO ELECTRICAL REPAIRS this month. However we do have The Jewellery Guy cleaning your precious jewellery and Garden Tool Sharpening to keep your garden tools in tip top condition. We will also be repairing non electrical Household Items, fixing Bikes and doing Sewing Repairs.

Bring in your empty pill blister packs, unwanted cables, printer ink cartridges, foreign coins, stamps, toothbrush and toothpaste tubes for recycling. And don't forget your jigsaws for our jigsaw swap!
One off collection this month is for YARN to be used to make items for charity fundraising.

Household Item Repairs will be available at Breaston Repair Cafe - 6th June 2026 Anything that needs a non-electrical repair can be brought in for our repairer to fix or offer advice on.
❗️❗️Please note that we are unable to offer electrical repairs in June as our Electrical and PAT test volunteers are enjoying a well earned break. Keep an eye on our page to see when they will be back!

Bike repairs will be taking place at Breaston Repair Cafe - 6th June 2026 . Adult bikes or kids bikes - all are welcome!
Our bike repairers are a talented lot and will tackle other wheeled items including wheelbarrows, pushchairs, scooters and exercise bikes. If you need a part fitting then pop down and our repairers will fit it for you. Comment or send us a message if you have any questions about your item.

The Jewellery Guy will be joining us Breaston Repair Cafe - 6th June 2026 offering a Jewellery Cleaning Service. Bring along your bracelets, rings, necklaces. brooches and earrings and get them sparkling like new! Breaston Repair Cafe - 6th June 2026 sees the return of our very popular Garden Tool Sharpening Service. Get your tools sharpened and see what a difference it makes! Don't bother buying new, sharpen what you already have. Cut the cost and cut the waste!

We're collecting yarn this month! If you have any yarn in any colour, in any weight, and in any quantity, please drop it into Breaston Repair Cafe on 6th June or Borrowash Repair Cafe 20th June. All yarn will be used to make items to raise funds for charity.

✅June's Repair Cafe brings our ever popular Garden Tool Sharpening Service and Jewellery Cleaning Service from The Jewellery Guy.
✅We also have Household Item Repairs plus Sewing Repairs and Bike Repairs.
❌Unfortunately we are unable to offer Electrical Repairs this month as our Electrical Team are taking a little time off to recharge their batteries!
✅We will be serving hot drinks and delicious home made cakes made by our talented volunteer bakers.
✅Our one off collection this month is yarn, which will be used to support charities that knit for babies, the elderly, people facing homelessness and wildlife rescue projects.
✅Our recyclers will be sorting your pill blister packs, cables, inkjet cartridges, toothbrushes and toothpaste tubes, foreign coins and stamps. Plus we will be swapping jigsaws as usual!
