What would happen if every person who uses local services had a genuine say in how priorities are set? Right now many residents feel decisions about GP access, urgent care and long-term support happen without their input. Healthwatch Derby exists to change that by gathering experiences and presenting them directly to the Health and Wellbeing Board and other key groups. When you respond to consultations or attend events you help close the gap between policy plans and real life experiences across Derby. This ongoing involvement keeps community health needs Derby at the centre of future strategies. How could your story help improve services for others in your area?
