🏭 A Great Day at Valliant!

We had a fantastic day at Valliant yesterday, with our learners engaging really well and thoroughly enjoying the experience! 😊

🔍 Learning about the company
Our learners had the opportunity to learn more about Valliant, its operations and the different roles within the company.

🏭 Factory Tour
They enjoyed an exciting tour of the factory, seeing the production process in action and getting an insight into how everything works behind the scenes.

🧱 LEGO Production Line Challenge
The learners got stuck into a fun and practical LEGO production line challenge, developing their teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills. 🧩💡

👷 Meeting Specialist Staff
They also had the chance to meet some of the specialist staff who work at Valliant and find out more about their roles and career journeys. 💬

⭐ A valuable experience
It was a fantastic opportunity for our learners to gain a real insight into the world of work, develop new skills and explore the wide range of career opportunities available within a successful company.

👏 A big thank you to everyone at Valliant for making the day so engaging, informative and enjoyable!
