Next Thursday the wonderful Lucy Kay Nutrition is back with another workshop!

A word from Lucy… Fancy learning how to turn simple cabbage into a tangy, probiotic-rich superfood?

In this one-hour workshop, I’ll guide you step-by-step through making your own sauerkraut – a nourishing, gut-friendly ferment that’s packed with flavour and beneficial microbes. You don’t need any experience (or any equipment!) – everything you need will be provided, including jars, organic ingredients and recipe cards.

All you have to do is show up, chop, mix and enjoy the process. You’ll learn: the simple science behind fermentation why kraut is so good for digestion and overall gut health how to customise flavours so you can create your own delicious versions at home You’ll leave with your own jar of homemade sauerkraut ready to ferment on your kitchen counter, along with the confidence to keep experimenting with fermented veg in your own time. It’s a fun, relaxed session that’s perfect for anyone wanting to support their gut health, learn a new skill, or simply enjoy an hour of creativity with food.

We have a wonderful new session starting this Thursday 😊

This group is for autistic girls and their carers to come along, try the group and help shape what it becomes. Our first session is an opportunity to meet others, explore the space and share ideas about activities you would enjoy in future sessions. There is no pressure to join in with the activities. Whether you would like to make friends, play a game, get creative, spend time outdoors or simply sit quietly with others around you, you are very welcome. Our aim is to create a safe, supportive and understanding community where autistic girls can build friendships, develop confidence and feel accepted for who they are. What you can expect; *A safe, welcoming and understanding environment *Opportunities to meet other autistic girls *Board games *Crafts and creative activities *Time to chat, relax or simply hang out *A supportive community for both girls and their carers. For more information or to register your interest contact Amy at [email protected] or 07903079263
