DE24 0QW It is common for Sikhs to live their lives without any spiritual experiences and consequently remain God-less. Many find it difficult to begin their spiritual journey, despite efforts they may make. Some may even find it difficult to make the effort that is required. Khalsa Foundation organises regular events such as Khalsa Camp which seeks to push-start those who need to begin their journey, inspire those who have already begun and share with those who have travelled far on the path of God. Khalsa Camp is the longest running Sikh Camp in the UK that was established in 1990 and has branches worldwide providing the highest quality and most inspirational Sikh camp available in the world. At Khalsa Camp, our aim is to provide everyone who attends in depth knowledge of our Gurus teachings in a fun and friendly atmosphere. At Khalsa Camp there will be in-depth talks about Sikh spirituality, group discussions on everyday issues we face in life, as well as thought out answers from spiritual GurSikhs to questions we may have about Sikhi. Khalsa Camp will encourage all of us to live the Sikh way of life for the full duration from early morning mediation through to sports or Sikh martial arts. People from all walks of life, from various corners of the world and all at different stages on their spiritual journey attend Khalsa Camp with one aim …. to ‘Discover the Spirit Within’. Speakers from around the world attend to share their knowledge, experience and wisdom of the most important aspects of living as a Sikh in today’s modern society. Khalsa Camp is a positive, inspirational and life-changing experience. So, whatever happens this summer, make sure you don’t miss out on Khalsa Camp! Khalsa Camp is a non-profit event that takes place every summer in UK, USA, Canada and Australia, allowing Sikhs to come together in a remote location to learn about various aspects of Sikhi. Khalsa Camp provides accommodation and food for attendees for the 5-day duration of the camp. The content of the camp is a mixture of talks, discussions, seminars, Kirtan, Simran and activities. We always work hard to bring the most enlightening, inspiring and educational experience you can imagine within a 5-day period.
