Fantastic ride today, 25 miles covered with a pit stop at Laprisha’s Express Café in Hilton. Excellent food from breakfast, lunch and dinner! Get yourself there🇯🇲🚴🏾‍♀️

A great ride, nice and steady with plenty of good conversations and weather was on our side! 🌤️🚴‍♂️

We had a lovely pit stop at Birds, where the chat kept flowing. You all put in an amazing effort and it was brilliant to see everyone supporting each other throughout the ride 🙌🏾

Royal Ascot was an absolute vibe for the third year running! 🐎

We kicked things off with rum punch, rum cake and tunes on the coach, setting the tone for a day full of good energy! The vibes were immaculate all day long. 🎶

Massive shoutout to Delia, who celebrated her birthday with us, so much love to you, and we’re glad you had a blast on your special day! 💖🎂

You all looked absolutely stunning in your outfits, the style, the elegance were unmatched 💃🏾

And a big well done to those who walked away with some wins, betting luck was definitely in the air for a few of you! 🏇
