It can feel so big, walking into a room for the first time. All those what ifs running around your head. I have been in places where I have felt totally comfortable and others where it has felt really awkward.

On reflection I have realised that the feeling happens the moment you walk through the door. How you are greeted, how you are engaged with and how people make you feel.

I know it's unlikely you'll remember every action, or prop. But I hope you never forget how you are made to feel. I hope you always know how important and valued you are.

It doesn't always feel like you do enough as a parent but every so often something reminds you that you not only are you doing the most important job in the world, but you're actually not messing it up. Florence spoke earlier about what our superpowers were, hers is apparently stopping the rain and making it sunny (handy!) And she told me this is mine.

One of the most common questions I get asked is this.... what happens if you can't make a week or two during the term.

I will always try and accommodate swapping to another class within the same week and always allow someone to come along in your place, however the only booking option is block booking. I am also unable to refund missed sessions or move bookings to another week or term.

This was a decision that was made a while ago to protect the business. The overheads each week remain the same, PAYG offered no financial security and made life very stressful.

Since moving to block bookings only the change has been massive. It also works so much better for everyone in sessions for consistency and routines.

I know block bookings don't fit in with everyone's weekly routines, however if you do feel ready to have Moo in yours, I am here!

P.s someone once told me they only did PAYG classes, 18 months later they are still coming 🤪

The end of last term was the most difficult ever.

Thank you so much for all of your thoughtful gifts and lovely words. But mostly thank you for being alongside me ❤️

I still find it insane that these cards and presents come, when really I am the one who is so grateful to you. You came and committed and gave me unwavering support. I said it before but I will say it again, I feel so honoured to be able to do the best job in the world with the best people alongside me. It would be nothing without you.

I never imagined when I began that there would be a time when we had to say goodbye, I was just thrilled you were there.

The week was emotionally exhausting and involved many tears. What remains is a whole load of love and gratitude.

When I finished my own classes with my girls I imagined them carrying on as usual just without us. Now I know, these groups are not the same, they carry on, but are different, your presence is noticed and missed.

Mind how you go 👋

Please don't be a stranger I miss you already ❤️
