If you're coming for the first time over the next week, you're still wondering about booking, or you need a reminder, here are all the things I'd like you to know before you come.

Please know you are seen, valued, safe and supported. You don't have to pretend to be anyone and you don't need to know anything.

A new term is a perfect time to join, as it is popular for new people!

There is a wonderful safe space for you to make memories just waiting for you, and I can't wait to meet you!

If your baby is between 8 weeks and crawling then this is for you! If your baby isn't quite 8 weeks but close to, please let me know and we can chat about your best options.

There is limited space within each class, to allow plenty of time to chat, share and bond! And good news, there are a handful of spaces left.

I cannot tell you how proud I am of these awards. To have been a finalist in 5 categories over 2 years, winning twice has been more than I ever felt I was worthy of. I look at my trophies a lot, they mean a great deal to me.

I almost didn't accept the first nominations because I felt like I didn't stand a chance. Now I'm about to head into the 3rd year of awards, being a finalist in another two categories (and for the 3rd time in the session leader category).

People have been asking how I feel about this year's awards and wishing me luck. I can genuinely say that I am more at peace, and more comfortable with what I do than ever before.

At this stage last year, and the year before I was anxious and overthinking. This year, I am excited for a wonderful night, but totally at peace with however things go.

I am ready for Saturday, to celebrate everyone and have a wonderful time!

Thank you all for your votes, your support and your kindness, and thank you to who works so hard for months and months to not only make this happen, but to the highest standard ❤️

This is one of the most common questions I get asked when bookings open for the new term. Especially if your new, or if you're wondering what happens if you can't make a session within the block, here's what you need to know.

When you have paid for a block and tell me that you "can't use your space next week" I feel so supported and grateful. Block bookings only are not about greed. The room hire, petrol, and my time remain the same regardless of how many mats are filled. As much as I enjoy sessions (and believe me I LOVE it) they would not be possible if they didn't make a profit.

If you're unable to attend for appointments, I will endeavour to find an alternative class for you within the same week. In order for this to run smoothly, if you know you won't be making it to session one week, letting me know in advance is really helpful.

I know things happen at the last minute, but if you do think about it and have a moment to drop me a quick message (social media, text, WhatsApp, email), it means I can let someone swap. It is horrible to have to say no to someone, to then see empty mats 😢
