🎉 That’s a wrap on our Million Hours Phase 2 project! 🎉
Over the past 2 years, Supporting Communities has proudly delivered youth work across 4 areas, creating safe spaces, positive opportunities, and meaningful support for young people.

✅ 964 hours of youth work delivered
✅ Delivery across 4 community areas
✅ Countless positive activities, mentoring sessions, trips, conversations, and life-changing moments
This project has been about much more than numbers. It has been about building relationships, increasing confidence, improving wellbeing, reducing isolation, and giving young people opportunities to thrive within their communities.
We would like to say a huge thank you to our staff, volunteers, partners, and most importantly the young people who made this project such a success.
A special thank you to The National Lottery Community Fund and Department for Culture, Media and Sport for giving us the opportunity to be part of the Million Hours programme and invest in young people and communities through this important work.
