ZUMBA with Aftab

Hi, I am Aftab Naz and I love teaching Zumba classes.

The reason is simple: Every class feels like a party! Come join me and you will see what I mean. You don't even have to know how to dance. Just move your body and follow my lead. It's easy! Come try it, I guarantee you will have a blast!

I have always had an interest in music, I have a degree in music and have played in a pipe band as a drum major and have participated in the World Pipe Band Championships that are held In Glasgow.

I became interested in Zumba 3 years ago and really enjoyed the classes, so much so that I decided to join the Zumba family and become an instructor. I qualified in October 2017 and I really love it.

Zumba is a fantastic way to exercise that is so much fun, and is suitable for everyone, males and females, all ages, everyone is welcome with the Zumba family.

Beginners are always very welcome, the music is uplifting and invigorating that you just want to come back for more.

Zumba dance moves are easy and simple and the music is fun, a great way to workout all the muscle groups whilst having so much fun.

Attending my Zumba class is a great way to get fit, to socialise and meet new friends and most importantly to have fun fun fun!!!

I look forward to meeting you at one of my classes very soon.

I am available and very keen to cover other instructor’s Zumba and Zumba Gold classes so please do contact me.
