We are running an NVBLQ course on
🛟14/04/25-18/04/25🛟
Assessment day: Sunday 20th April

This course will enable you to apply for an RNLI lifeguard job for the upcoming summer season or internationally!

Before being accepted on the course you will need to demonstrate a 400m swim (16 lengths of a 25 m pool in 8 minutes or less)

‘SWIM 200 MILES IN 200 HOURS’ UPDATE‼️💥🤩🏊🏼‍♀️

At the end of yesterday, we officially met the half way mark of our challenge, and surpassed the 100mile mark!🔥

4 days left, and our lifeguards aren’t slowing down!⚡️🏊🏼‍♀️

COUNTDOWN IS ON!!🔥🔥⏰🗓️
LESS THAN 24 HOURS TO GO!

Tomorrow our Denbighshire lifeguards take on the huge challenge of SWIMMING 200 MILES, IN 200 HOURS! 😳🏊🏼‍♀️🌊

With our small team taking on this huge event, it means each lifeguard will be swimming 2 miles each per day over the 8 day period😨🤩🏊🏼‍♀️

Our lifeguards will be taking on the challenge both on and off shift, and in the sea, so come down to Rhyl and Prestatyn beaches to see our lifeguards in action over the next week💥🌊🏝️😊

RNLI DENBIGHSHIRE LIFEGUARD CHARITY EVENT!💥🏊🏼‍♀️🌟🏆‼️

𝐒𝐰𝐢𝐦 𝟐𝟎𝟎 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐬, 𝐢𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟎 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬, 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟎 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬!

To celebrate the RNLIs 200 year anniversary this year, our team of 15 lifeguards will be taking on an extraordinary challenge to celebrate our remarkable milestone. We will be swimming 200 miles, in 200 hours.

𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭: Swim 200, in 200, for 200 🤩

𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧: 24th August - 31st August 🗓️

𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞: open water, in the pool, in the sea- in all conditions🌊

𝐇𝐨𝐰: Each lifeguard will contribute to the 200 miles (on average, each lifeguard will cover 1.5miles a day)

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩;
