Our adult Ballet classes are a fun and friendly way to get your dance fix. Whether you simply want to attend for social interaction and fitness or whether your vision is slightly more seriously focused with a desire to take examinations and fulfil your sense of achievement you will fit right into our classes.

Our ladies’ range in age from early 20's through to late 70's proving age is just a number when it comes to dance.

If you would like to come along and join a class, please do book via the link above or below and join our community of over 50 adults who attend our weekly dance and fitness classes with Tracy.

We also host social events; exams are offered in Ballet through the I.D.T.A which Tracy has been a member of for over 30 years and holds Fellowship level qualification with Distinction.

You are guaranteed to leave every class with a smile on your face, a spring in your step and a song in your ear.
