Making Waves 🌊 ANTENATAL GROUP IN DOVER 💙💜

Artists’ Dover Studio - Sunday 28th June
10 - 11.30am
☀️ This month we will be creating vision boards and our topic will be birth planning.

💜A warm, welcoming environment where you can meet other pregnant people from your local area.
💙 Pregnancy and birth support with local doulas Thea and Victoria; including access to a library of books and resources and plenty of time to ask questions.
💜 Refreshments provided.

The session is open to anyone at any stage of their pregnancy journey.

THURSDAY 11th June - 1pm ☀️🌊💙

A group for all pregnant and postpartum families. Join us for a gentle stroll along the seafront in Dover. Children of all ages welcome, we just ask adult supervision at all times.

Meeting at 1pm

Don’t worry if you don’t know anyone, our volunteers Thea and Victoria will be there to chat and welcome you if your joining one of our groups for the first time. 👋🏻
We are a friendly bunch 🤗

ALL WELCOME. Come along to hear a local positive birth story ❤️ with opportunities to meet other pregnant folk & to ask questions of your local doulas Thea & Victoria.

Suitable for any stage of your pregnancy journey; come alone or even better bring along your birth partner or anyone who’s supporting you. One of our long standing riding the waves community will be joining us this Sunday. Come to hear Julia and Hamish’s story of the birth of their first child. Navigating a journey of different risk labels and searching for a way to find peace with a birth experience that made sense to them. Come and hear the story of their home freebirth.
