Garden Urn by Mary Sampson

Mary's studio is in Hythe, producing handbuilt ceramic forms in Stoneware and Raku, referencing landscape and natural forms as the basis for my work. Several trips to China and Taiwan have also informed my practice. I enjoy the immediacy of hand building and the unique nature of each piece.

Greg is an illustrator and printmaker working in his studio, Circa1990 Ltd in Sevington, Ashford.

'As a printmaker, my primary mediums are linoleum & silk screen printing, however I also explore collagraph and cyanotypes'.

He also says:

'My digital vector illustrations are inspired by vintage travel posters from America and Europe in the 20th century which predominantly feature architecture. I'm inspired by the bold and beautiful artwork of Tom Eckersley & Patrick Caulfield.'

Within the Limitations was a huge success, attended by many. The organizer, Lorrain Mailer, said she was delighted with the outcome and hopes to do this again.
