Apologies for my absence over the past few weeks. I took a little social media break as well as a literal break away to the Peak District for Bryhers Birthday (I’ll add a picture in of her Pride and Prejudice dream 😆). Thank you to all the amazing volunteers for holding the fort here and in the shop.
We’ve moved horses around into their autumn herds and changed fields so I will add those videos this week but here’s a few pictures of the horses (and ducklings) at the moment.

All of us at Ash Rescue Centre are heartbroken to hear of the passing of one of our previous Volunteers Tash Yates 😞.
Tash was with us for quite a few years and was a brilliant, funny, hardworking, kind and compassionate helper who was happy to help with anything in any weather as long as she had the dogs and horses around her.. and she always did it with a big smile 😢.
Our hearts go out to Dawn, Maddie and Mick at this terrible time.
RIP Tash, I’m sure all the animals you’ve helped were there to meet you 😭

The ponies moved to their new field today (thank you to the Friday team for moving all the fencing).
And thank you to OutStanding In Our Field Devon for letting the ponies stay
