Can you help? Do you have an hour or 2 to spare in the week?
We are looking for volunteers for 2 of our main services:
1. We run a Community Cafe on a Wednesday from 9 am until 2 pm from St Michael's Church, Mace Road. If you can spend a few hours helping us & our community serve, wash up, clear up & provide a warm smile & a listening ear to those who come in and may need it we would love to hear from you.
2. For those who find themselves struggling we deliver food parcels on a Thursday around the Peterborough area. If you are able to spare a couple of hours to assist with these deliveries or are able to be a driver for these deliveries we would love to hear from you.

The Community Cafe at St Michael's Church, Mace Road, Stanground will be open this Wednesday 9th April from 9 am until 12 noon. We will be serving an English Breakfast, Toasties & Breakfast Baps. There will be a selection of freshly baked homemade cakes and scones.
We look forward to welcoming you in.
Please see below our opening times through April.

The Community Café at St Michael's Church, Mace Road, Stanground will be open again next Wednesday 9th April from 9 am until 12 noon.
We will be serving a full cooked breakfast, toasties, breakfast baps or Beans/Egg on toast. We will have fresh homemade cakes and scones available also.

📣Have you heard about our Day Services in March?

👉We are launching an additional day on Wednesday starting tomorrow, 2nd April.

🗨 Our Day Clubs provide the opportunity for older people to socialise and make friends and participate in activities, in a happy and secure environment.

❤ Our staff are trained to support our members health and wellbeing, and to help people remain independent.

🫂Most importantly, our Day Clubs provide vital respite for families and carers, as well as providing support to access other services.

About:
🗓Our March Day services run on Mondays and Wednesdays, known as Monday club and Wednesday club.
⏰10 am – 14:30 pm.
🍽A hot meal is provided at lunchtime with refreshments throughout the day.
