North Kent Mind's 'Growing Minds Affordable Service' 💚

If you’re aged 5-18 and live in Dartford, Gravesham or Swanley, our 'Growing Minds' service can help you improve your mental health and wellbeing.

Growing Minds is open to young people who are experiencing low to moderate mental health concerns. You can access tailored one-to-one support with trainee practitioners or therapists as part of a low cost service.

We have collected A LOT of food surplus (mainly bread) from local stores - as part of our campaign to reduce food waste - and need help giving it out before the end of the day!!!

We are really excited to be working with a wonderful local craftsperson to offer Willow Weaving Workshops at our Community Allotments in Tree Estate.

On Tuesday we held a lovely event for .

Due to be a BBQ in our Community Allotments, but we didn't let the weather dampen our spirits so we had a lovely lunch get-together in the community centre and celebrated with over 40 of our wonderful volunteers!

A huge Thank You to all who came, and to those of you who couldn't make the event!
