Saturday Social TODAY!!

Why not join us from 1.30 - 3.30 p.m., at Darley Abbey Scout Hall for some lively discussion over a cuppa with some biscuits? Or play some games or browse our papers and magazines?

Darley Abbey Scout Hall (DE22 1DT) is Off The Hill (on the right-handside as you go up New Road}. If you have never been before then you should know that we have a small car park and the Hall is fully accessible to wheelchair and mobile scooter users.
Every third Saturday of the month, free of charge thanks to the Co-op and its customers. Next dates: 20th June

Premium Malt Whisky Tasting raised a magnificent £876 for the Scout Hall Fund!

I am delighted to tell you that our latest malt whisky tasting raised a magnificent £876 on Saturday, thanks to our secret sponsor. We also received some donations totalling £30. So overall, £900 towards the Scout Hall Fund, a significant amount.

TONIGHT!! Fund-raiser: Premium malt whisky tasting, 7.30 p.m. in Darley Abbey Scouts Hall

There are a few tickets remaining for our very special malt whisky tasting tonight and it's not too late to secure your ticket - just text or ring 07925- 633877.

We are offering 7 exceptional malts including limited edition, cask strength bottlings. This an opportunity to sample more exclusive whiskies from Campeltown, Islay and Highland plus a mystery malt thanks to the generosity of our sponsor.

Drivers’ tickets (soft or hot drinks instead of whisky) also available. All receive mineral water, cheese & biscuits and a taste of haggis (or veggie option available).

Tasting tickets £30 (Drivers £12).

Tickets must be purchased in advance & shown at the door (over 18s only).

Premium Malt Whisky Tasting Saturday on 9th May 7.00 p.m. for 7:30pm at Darley Abbey Scouts Hall (DE22 1DT)

Due to the generosity of our sponsor, for our next Malt Whisky Tasting we will be offering 7 exceptional malts from Scotland (peated and unpeated) including limited edition, cask strength bottlings. This is a unique opportunity to sample whiskies normally outside our budget.

Consequently, Tasting tickets are limited. Also available are Driver’s Tickets which include soft or hot drinks instead of whisky. Everyone receives mineral water, cheese & biscuits and a taste of haggis (vegan option available).

Tasting tickets £30 each and Driver’s tickets £12 each – available from [email protected] or text 07925- 633877.

Tickets must be purchased in advance & shown at the door (over 18s only). Payment by cash or BACs transfer to secure your tickets.

The Hall is fully accessible to wheelchair and mobile scooter users.
