i have set this page up for parents,relatives,carers and friends of somebody that has down's syndrome so we can all become friends,share information and any concerns you might have regarding this disability. please feel free to post any helpful tip's,advice or queries you might have,also any idea's for meeting up,fundraising,social events or trips etc......

Last night we got to discuss our story with some very lovely people and talk about issues in our area such as childcare for the like of Liam and those other little beauties, lucky enough to be born with an extra chromosome. There are things that need addressing and doing and we are trying to put that into action... For such a smaller group of people, it's amazing how many people actually knew someone with ds, every child is a blessing and parenting doesn't come with a manual.

Hopefully over these next few month we can get the ball rolling on a few things xx
