Horizons Recovery Cafe

Horizons Recovery Cafe Midlothian's first recovery cafe. We offer a safe, substance free space to strengthen recovery. Open to all members of the public.

Cafe open 10am - 2pm, Mondays & Fridays at Dalkeith Baptist Church. Horizons Recovery Cafe is about providing informal peer support for people in recovery from drug and/or alcohol misuse. We hold a community cafe, run by volunteers in recovery, every Monday and Friday at Dalkeith Baptist church. We run these cafes so that people in recovery can come and meet together, learn some new skills by volu

nteering at the cafe, and welcome in people from the wider community to see that recovery is possible!

I am pleased to announce that from this Friday 6th June Horizons Cafe will be serving food again operating with a reduced menu.

Announcement

Our chef has resigned after securing a full time job elsewhere .As a result Horizons Recovery Cafe will be only be serving teas, coffees and cakes until further notice.

Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. The trustees are doing all in their power to restore a full service as soon as possible
