Join us for an unforgettable evening as you take on the St David’s Hospice Care Charity Fire Walk — a powerful challenge that will test your courage, boost your confidence, and help raise vital funds for local Hospice Care.

With expert guidance and full training on the night, you’ll walk barefoot across glowing embers in support of patients and families across our community. No experience needed — just determination and heart.

St David’s Hospice Care Retail Department is proud to announce that our brand-new store in Ringland is set to open its doors Tomorrow - Tuesday, 1st September at 9.30am! -

We are delighted that The Right Worshipful Mayor of Newport, Councillor Deb Harvey, alongside Heddyn CEO Paula Kennedy, will be joining us for the occasion, officially cutting the pink ribbon and welcoming our very first customers through the doors.

I’m sure we all wish Store Manager George and her fantastic team of volunteers the very best of luck as they begin this exciting new chapter.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED ❤️

Whether you can spare a few hours each week or just occasionally throughout the year, your time can make a real difference.

By volunteering, you’ll be helping us keep our hospice running — supporting people with life-limiting illnesses, as well as their families and carers, when they need it most.

We are currently looking for volunteers in our stores at:

Many of our 34 charity shops are looking for friendly, reliable volunteers who can offer a few hours of their time.

No experience is needed — there are a variety of roles available, and full training will be provided.

Created as a peaceful space for reflection, remembrance and quiet moments, the garden offers a special place to honour and celebrate the lives of loved ones who will always be remembered.

We're also pleased to launch our Memory Garden Tribute plaques. These personalised slates can be dedicated to someone special and displayed beneath the beautiful Chestnut Tree within the garden, creating a tribute in their memory.
