🏆 DRAGONS CUP | WHAT. A. GAME! ⚫️⚪️

CWMBRAN 19 – 15 RISCA

What a battle, what a performance, and what a team! 💪🔥

The boys travelled to Risca today for their Dragons Cup clash, and from the first whistle, it was clear both teams were ready to give everything!

Cwmbran went into half-time with a 7–0 lead, but Risca came flying out in the second half, scoring two quick tries to turn the game on its head.

But these boys don’t give up!

Showing incredible determination, teamwork and belief in each other, Cwmbran dug deep and fought back with two fantastic tries to take a 19–10 lead!

Risca weren’t finished though, hitting back with another try to make it 19–15, setting up a nail-biting finish! 😬🔥

Both teams left absolutely everything on that pitch, showing just how much this cup competition means to them.

👏 Huge credit to Risca for a fantastic contest, their determination and the way they pushed us right to the final whistle.

💙 And to our squad - what a shift! Every single player played their part today. The effort, resilience, teamwork and heart shown by this squad were something to be proud of.

Two teams. One incredible battle. One very proud group of coaches.

FULL SQUAD. FULL EFFORT. BIG RESULT! 🔥

Cwmbran RFC U13s 55–5 St Julians HSOB U13’s

What a performance from the boys today! 💪

Dominant in both attack and defence, but the biggest positive was seeing the entire squad working together as one unit! 👏

Every player played their part, backed each other up and showed what we’re capable of when we work as a team! 🔥

A fantastic confidence boost as we turn our attention to next week’s Dragons Cup clash against Risca! 🏆

🎙️ POV: When the coaches tell the boys to have the same confidence as their parents shouting from the sidelines… 😂🏉

30 years of coaching experience between them… apparently! 👀🤣
