Hi lovely people 💜

An update…

With a bit of life juggling lately, I’m going to have to step back from running Have a Natter for the time being.

I know this might feel a bit out of the blue, especially after recently talking about changing days but life has just thrown a bit of a curveball my way.

This group has meant a lot to me, especially creating a space for people to come along, have a chat and not feel so alone and I’ve honestly loved seeing it grow into such a friendly little community 🫶

If anyone fancies taking it on and keeping it going, I’d really love to see that, just drop me a message 💬

Thanks so much for all the chats and support, it’s meant more than you probably realise 🤍☕️🍪

A little reminder - this coming week we’re on Tuesday (28th) at 9:30-11am as usual. Then from 11th May I’m switching it up to Monday afternoons 1-2:30pm. Every Monday same time from then on! ❤️☕️💬

Please read! *** AS OF MONDAY 11th MAY *** I am changing the gatherings to every Monday afternoon 1-2:30pm 😊
Next Tuesday (28th) WILL RUN AS USUAL at 9:30-11am but will be the LAST Tuesday session before the switch.

Hopefully this change will allow more people to attend ❤️

📍Same place, at Preston Patrick Memorial Hall. LA7 7NR.
If you’ve not been before we’re just out of Endmoor heading towards crooklands garage on the right. There’s lots of parking space and the hall is very accessible.
🚌 The 567 bus from Kendal through Endmoor will stop opposite Crooklands hotel at 12:46 and is a few minutes walk away, perfect timing too!

The group itself will not change, same chilled atmosphere and good chat …just hopefully more faces! There will be hot drinks & biscuits, a play area for babies & children, table top games and EVERYBODY is welcome to attend.

I kindly ask for a £3 donation which will help keep the group going and it is very much appreciated.

Please help spread the word of the new day & time!

𝘼 𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙩𝙡𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙃𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙖 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙞𝙨 𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙚 💛

Whether you’re feeling chatty or quiet, new to the area, have lived here forever or not even from around here… if you’re young, older, or somewhere in between, you are welcome. This is a space where nobody has to feel left out or alone.

Loneliness can creep in so easily, but sometimes all it takes is a simple conversation, a smile, or just being around others to feel a little lighter. Super chill vibes all round, there’s no pressure or agenda.

If you’ve been thinking about coming, this is your sign. Pop in Tuesday morning, pull up a chair or sit on the floor mats with the little ones, grab a drink, biscuits and have a natter ☕
