Sacred Heart Kitchen Cooking For Our Community We are a non-profit charity organisation solely funded by donations, supported by S.V.D.P. and run only by volunteers. When?

Our MISSION:- Sacred Heart Kitchen is committed to improving the quality of life and restoring the dignity of those we serve by providing a free hot meal and clothing to any member of our community in need, regardless of their circumstances. We provide a warm welcome for everyone to enjoy a free, two course, home cooked hot meal with tea, coffee, juice and biscuits. A collection of free clothes and shoes are also available. EVERY Monday night, 5.30pm - 6.30pm

Where? Sacred Heart Church Hall, Kyle Road, Cumbernauld, G67 2DY

This is a very active and busy initiative and it has grown greatly since we set up two years ago. We are consistently finding more and more people who are in need of our help, which means we are always grateful for donations. None of this would be possible if it wasn't for the hard work and dedication of our team of volunteers:-

Angela Gibbins - Cook
Lorraine Ewart - Kitchen Assistant
Uju Aligwo - Kitchen Assistant
Teresa Parmenter - Kitchen Assistant
Liz Sullivan - Dining Room Co-ordinator
