We’re so grateful to our fantastic volunteers, Taylor and Antionette, who help make every Family Hub event run so smoothly and bring so much joy to what we do 💫

A special shout out as well to Billie-Jo for giving up her time to support us – it means so much! 💛 And to the brilliant girls from Fame Xtreme, thank you for bringing so much fun and energy to the events! 🌟

Ashleigh and the wonderful Slimming World Cumbernauld group are OPEN this Easter Weekend meaning they are the ONLY group available to weigh in over the weekend in Cumbernauld.

So if you’re looking to stay on track over Easter then pop in this Saturday and choose from 7.45am , 9.30am or 11.15am in Cornerstone House Cumbernauld.

📚✨ World Book Day at Bookbug! ✨📚

Today at Bookbug we celebrated World Book Day by sharing and reading some of our favourite action-packed books together. There was lots of excitement, laughter, and brilliant storytelling as our little readers joined in with the adventures!

One of our absolute favourites today was the classic “Cannae Shove Yer Granny Aff the Bus” – it had everyone singing along and giggling! 🎶🚌YEE HAA!

Reading together helps build imagination, language, and a lifelong love of books. Thank you to all our families who joined us to celebrate the joy of stories today

What a fantastic time we had on Wednesday at Creative Kids hosted by Cornerstone Family Hub! 🎨✨

With more than 50 people joining us from Cumbernauld and the surrounding areas, the room was filled with laughter, creativity and community spirit. Families came together to paint, glue, colour and create — strengthening family ties by simply having fun making something side by side.

Lots of memories and mess was made, and we wouldn’t have it any other way! 💛 From colourful masterpieces to glitter-covered tables, it was a joy to see parents, carers and children working together and enjoying some quality time.

Thank you to everyone who came along and made the event so special. We’re already looking forward to more events like this during the Easter holidays! 🌸

Cornerstone House Centre is proud to offer free period products for anyone who needs them.

This is part of an initiative supported by the Scottish Government and North Lanarkshire Council, helping to make period products accessible to all and tackle period poverty in our community.

Join your local Weigh to Go class here in Cornerstone House Centre! There are still remaining places for this new block, with inductions taking place Monday 26th January.

Weigh to Go is NHS Lanarkshire’s free 15-week weight management group, held within various North Lanarkshire venues.

The programme is coordinated in partnership with North Lanarkshire Council and can be attended by all residents aged 16+ who want to lead a healthier lifestyle.

Our sessions are lead by a trained professional and include one to one support, supporting healthy habits, group discussions, peers support and most of all, FUN while participating in accessible physical activity.
